Keepr Tech LLC ("Keepr," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our customer-communication platform (the "Service").

Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information (processed by our payment processor, Stripe).
Customer interaction data: the content and metadata of messages, calls, and customer records you create, send, receive, or store through the Service.
Usage data: log files, IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use our website or the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your device that help us operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.
3. How We Use Information

SMS Opt-In and Communications SMS Opt-In: When you submit your phone number through the chat widget on getkeepr.net, you are voluntarily opting in to receive SMS text messages from Keepr Tech LLC. To opt in, you must independently check at least one consent checkbox; neither checkbox is pre-checked. Types of Messages: After opting in, you may receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service inquiry responses) and, if you check the optional promotional consent box, marketing messages (service follow-ups, seasonal reminders, referral requests). Message Frequency: Approximately 2 to 6 messages per month per customer, depending on your service inquiry status. Standard Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier agreement. Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Keepr. No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing: Phone numbers and SMS content collected through opt-in are not sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of SMS opt-in data, including consent records, are excluded from third-party sharing. Consent Records: We retain timestamped records of your opt-in, including the IP address used, the consent language displayed, and which checkboxes you affirmatively selected.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers: we share information with vendors that help us run the Service, including GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging platform), Twilio (telecommunications), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and productivity), and Squarespace (website hosting). These providers may only use the information we share to perform services for us.
Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Keepr, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: if Keepr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
